• EXPERIENCE – Voted Best Realtor in Solano County 2 years in a row. Real Estate Broker for 25+ years averaging approximately 20 closed transactions per year. Hands on experience closing escrows for buyers and sellers ranging from first timers to investors and Limited Liability Companies (LLC). I am fully versed on the loan programs available to my clients including VA, FHA, Conventional, CAL HAFA, or local programs that are sometimes available.

• PERSONAL – I’ve lived in Solano County since 1977 and i am totally involved with the county and its cities socially, politically, and professionally. My children and my friend’s children have all attended the local/private schools. Having moved many times with my Air Force changes of station, my wife and i know firsthand the anxieties and frustrations of moving families around the world. We have bought and sold homes in several states as a result of our re-assignments, each with their own set of challenges. I am perfectly comfortable representing buyers and sellers in any city in Solano and Napa counties. I am acutely aware and knowledgeable of the unique requirements of affiliated companies serving the military community and the teamwork and coordination required to ensure our clients receive that WOW factor real estate experience.
